Warehousing, FAQs

For commercial storage, our minimum billing period is one week. For bonded storage, the customs bond covers up to 12 months with an option to renew. For cross docking and overflow, we can accommodate single-day movements. We tailor the arrangement to your actual requirement, no forced long-term commitments.
Standard access hours are 07:00–19:00 Monday to Saturday. For bonded goods, access is during customs supervision hours (08:00–17:00 weekdays). After-hours access for commercial storage is available by prior arrangement for an additional access fee.
Our warehouse carries bailee liability insurance, but this is not a substitute for your own goods-in-storage insurance. We strongly recommend you carry all-risk stock insurance at declared value. We can refer you to our insurance partners who offer competitive storage insurance rates for clients using our facility.
All clients have access to our cloud WMS portal where you can view real-time stock levels, GRN (goods received notes), and dispatch records at any time. Weekly stock statements are emailed automatically every Monday morning. Monthly inventory reconciliation reports are available on request.
