Container Hire, FAQs

The minimum rental period is one day. Day rate applies for 1–6 days; weekly rate applies from day 7. Monthly rates are available for rentals of 30 days and above and offer significant savings versus the daily rate. There is no penalty for returning the container early, you simply pay for the days used.

Yes. We deliver containers to sites using our side-loader transport fleet. Remote delivery adds a transport surcharge based on distance and road accessibility. For very remote sites, we assess road conditions before confirming delivery, some locations require a site visit or a smaller 20ft unit to navigate narrow access roads.

A condition survey is conducted before delivery and on collection. Any damage that occurs during the hire period is charged to the hirer at IICL repair rates. We strongly recommend hirers take out all-risk insurance on the container during the hire period, we can provide a reference to our insurance partners for a container hire policy.
