Cargo damage is most often caused by inadequate packaging, not accidents. Our professional packing team prepares your goods to withstand the rigours of international sea and air freight: vibration, humidity, stacking loads, and port handling. Combined with all-risk cargo insurance at declared value, your shipment is protected end-to-end.
We provide export packing services at our facility and can mobilise a packing team to your premises for large or sensitive consignments. Our insurance brokerage partners with Lloyd's-backed underwriters to provide competitive all-risk marine cargo policies for single shipments and annual open covers.

Expanding polyurethane foam injected around fragile components, electronics, scientific instruments, optical equipment, forming a custom-fit protective shell inside the carton.

We inspect or receive cargo details, measure dimensions and weight, and design the optimal packing specification, crate, carton, or pallet with appropriate inner protection.
Crates are built, goods are packed with specified inner protection, moisture control applied, and the package is labelled per IATA/IMO standards. Packing certificate issued.
We arrange the cargo insurance policy, collect the insured value, confirm cover terms, and issue the insurance certificate (required for most Letters of Credit).
In the event of loss or damage, we support your claim, condition surveys, evidence gathering, insurer liaison, through to settlement on your behalf.
Tell us what you're shipping and where, we'll design the packing spec and arrange the right cover
