Pre-Lodge Declaration

We receive your documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading) and lodge the customs declaration before vessel arrival.

Vessel Discharges

Container discharged at port. Our agent confirms discharge immediately and monitors the customs channel assignment (Green/Yellow/Red).

Duty & Release

Duties paid, port authority delivery order obtained, gate-out pass issued. Our pre-positioned truck receives the pass and enters the port.

Same-Day Delivery

Container moves directly to your warehouse. You receive live GPS tracking and a delivery notification upon offloading.

Port Express, FAQs

Free time at port is typically 7 days for container storage and 4 days for ground rent after the container is gated in, but these periods and rates are set by the port authority and can change. After free time, storage charges accumulate per day per container. Our goal is always to have your container released and delivered within the free-time window.

As early as possible before arrival: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Original or Telex Release Bill of Lading, import declaration form, and any supporting regulatory permits. The earlier we receive documents, the more of the process we can complete before the vessel arrives.

Red channel requires a physical inspection by customs officers before release, this typically adds 1–3 business days. We coordinate the examination appointment, ensure your cargo is properly accessible, and supervise the inspection process to avoid unnecessary delays. We notify you immediately when assigned and provide a revised delivery estimate.

Yes. After port release, we can deliver directly to any warehouse or destination, same day or next day by dedicated truck. Containers can also be transferred to an Inland Container Depot (ICD) by rail or road where our inland team takes over for final last-mile delivery.
