Inventory Staging

WMS-managed buffer stock & production staging with real-time visibility

Inventory Staging

Your Extended Inventory, Fully Visible, Fully Managed

Inventory staging is warehousing built around your supply chain rhythm, not ours. We hold your buffer stock, manage inbound GRNs, fulfil outbound dispatch orders, and give you real-time visibility through our cloud WMS, so our facility functions like an extension of your factory or import department.

We serve FMCG manufacturers, pharmaceutical distributors, electronics retailers, and construction material suppliers who need a professionally managed inventory node near a major hub without the overhead of owning and operating a warehouse themselves.

WMS Features, What You Get

Client Web Portal

24/7 access to live stock levels, GRNs, dispatch orders, and stock movement history. Exportable to Excel or PDF for your ERP reconciliation.

Low-Stock Alerts

Set minimum stock level thresholds per SKU. Automated email alerts are triggered when stock falls below your defined reorder point.

Expiry Management

FEFO (First Expired, First Out) picking ensures short-shelf-life goods leave first. Expiry alerts are sent 30, 60, and 90 days before expiry dates.

Location Mapping

Every SKU is assigned a bin/bay location in the warehouse. WMS directs pickers to the exact location, no searching, no errors.

Cycle Counting

Rolling cycle counts replace annual stock takes, a defined section of the warehouse is counted daily so discrepancies are caught immediately, not year-end.

Automated Reporting

Weekly stock statements delivered every Monday. Monthly inventory reconciliation reports. On-demand reports available in the client portal at any time.

Inventory Staging, How It Works

1

Onboarding Setup

Your SKU master, min-stock levels, and fulfilment rules are loaded into our WMS. We allocate dedicated racking and give you portal login credentials.

2

Inbound GRN

Goods arrive, from port, airport, or supplier. We count, scan, and post a Goods Received Note (GRN) to WMS. Stock is immediately visible in your portal.

3

Pick & Dispatch

You submit a dispatch order via the portal or email. We pick to your specification (FIFO/FEFO), pack if required, and load for delivery or collection.

4

Report & Review

Weekly stock statements and monthly reconciliation reports keep you audit-ready. Quarterly review meetings with our operations team to optimise the setup.

Inventory Staging, FAQs

We offer CSV/Excel data exchange as standard for all clients. For larger operations, our WMS supports API integration with common ERP systems including SAP, Sage, and QuickBooks. Integration projects are scoped and priced separately, typically a one-time setup fee. Contact our IT team to discuss your system's requirements.
Billing has two components: (1) storage, charged per pallet position or per m² per month, based on average month-end stock; (2) handling, charged per inbound GRN line and per outbound order line. Clients with stable, high-volume operations may qualify for a fixed monthly management fee instead. We tailor billing to your operation.
For standard FMCG or general cargo clients, we can onboard in 5–10 working days, including SKU master setup, racking allocation, and portal training. For pharma or cold-chain clients with more complex requirements, allow 2–3 weeks for compliance and temperature mapping documentation.
