Next Day Air, FAQs

Standard (economy) air freight is booked on a space-available basis, your cargo may be rolled to a later flight if the aircraft is full. Next Day Air includes a confirmed, priority booking so your cargo is guaranteed to travel on the specified flight and arrive by end of the next business day.

If the standard cut-off is missed, we escalate to our Express Lift team who will look for the next available flight, including late evening departures. In most cases we can still achieve next-day arrival by routing through a connecting hub.

Next Day Air works for shipments from a single envelope up to several tonnes. Larger or out-of-gauge shipments may require a wide-body or freighter aircraft, which we factor into the booking and transit time. Contact us with your dimensions for a precise confirmation.

The next-business-day guarantee applies Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Weekend departures are available but delivery is committed to the next working day in the destination country. We operate 24/7, call us and we will confirm the exact schedule.
