Next Day Delivery, FAQs

Single items up to 500 kg and dimensions fitting within a standard truck body (2.4 m wide �: 2.2 m high) qualify for the consolidated next day service. For heavier or oversized items, please enquire about our dedicated express trucking service which can move any size on an overnight schedule.

If we miss the guaranteed delivery window due to a reason within our control, we will credit your account with the full freight cost for that shipment. This guarantee excludes delays caused by road closures, accidents, or adverse weather conditions beyond our control.

Yes to both. Our last-mile agents deliver to commercial premises, warehouses, shops, farms, and residential addresses. A contact phone number for the consignee is required at booking so the driver can confirm arrival location.

You receive a waybill number at booking. Track your shipment status in real time via our online tracking portal or by calling our customer service line. Automated SMS updates are sent at collection, departure from hub, and upon successful delivery.
